Be a Ref?
1. You first must be an active member of the rpg. (I decide if you are are concidered active)
2. You must prove to me that you know what you are doing by acting as a practice ref in a fight as I watch to make sure you don't mess up.
3. You must e-mail the owner [email protected] and tell him you want to try it.
Battle
You must have a ref. E-mail the person you want to fight and challenge them. Then e-mail the ref and find a time when everyone can get on and fight. When you go on the ref, will control the battle from there they will inform you when a person is unable to fight. They will give you your options from there. Winner gets 500 to all stats plus $250. The loser (if allowed to live) will get 250 to all stats and no money.
To work out the number of charges you have: take your Ki and divide by 100
To work out the number of dodges you have: take your Spd and divide by 100
To work out the number of blocks you have: take your Sta plus Str and divide by 100
If you are a higher level then the move that you are using then you will mutliply the damage that would ussually happen by this:
1 level higher: 1.2
2 levels higher: 1.4
3 levels higher: 1.6
4 levels higher: 1.8
5 levels higher: 1.9
6 levels higher: 2
7 levels higher : 3
8 levels higher: 4
9 levels higher: 5
10 levels higher: 6

The fighting system is done via turn based battling (those of you who have played any of the Final Fantasy games will be familiar with this)
The person with the higher Spd goes first.
Also while in a battle you can talk and actually make the battle interesting. Don't just go charge blast. Shoot blast. Have some fun with it.
~*Important*~Also when battling for an action put a special thing around it. Some people use :::, others use ~ and some people use * just use something to show that it is an action. And if you want you can use " to show you are talking.
Here is an example of a battle:

Ref-Goku has the faster Spd he may start the battle
Goku- "Gohan, we both may be close in stats but I have much more experience than you."
Gohan- "Brink it."
Goku- :::Begins charging a kamehameha at his side:::
Ref- Minus 1 charge Goku
Gohan- :::Flies up and kicks Goku in the side of the head:::
Ref- Minus 5 hp Goku
Goku- Smirks at the kick to the head. "Kaaaameeeeehaaaameeeehaaa" and he :::fires the blast at Gohan's chest.:::
Gohan- :::Blocks the blast by making an X over his chest with his arms.:::
Ref- Minus 8 hp & 1 block Gohan
Goku- "I see you have been practicing. Well get ready for this." :::Flies over and punches Gohan in the head:::
Ref- Minus 5 hp Gohan
Gohan- :::Spits blood then begins charging a destructo disc:::
Ref- Minus 1 charge Gohan
Goku- :::looks in awe and then begins powering up a Solar Flare:::
Ref- Minus 1 charge Goku
Gohan- :::forms a Destructo Disc over his right hand then sends it flying towards Goku:::
Goku- :::Waits until the last second then barely dodges the destructo disc.
Ref- Minus 1 dodge Goku
Gohan- :::Looking in anger begins charging a massenko over his head:::
Ref- Minus 1 charge Gohan
Goku- :::Goes up into the sun and puts 3 fingers from both hands on his head then shouts.::: SOLAR FLARE

Ref- Goku's Stats go up adding 500 to all and $250. Gohan gets 250 to all his stats good battle.
