SSJ LEVELS: SUPER SAIYAN 3

When an SSJ2, or an ascended Saiyan becomes emersed in years of harsh training, both physical and mental, he can tap into the slumbered powers of the Oozaru, and awaken his Super Saiyan 3 might.
A Super Saiyan 3 has a number of varied features compared to it's previous forms. First off, the most noticable change in a SSJ3 is his hair. The hair is now lengthened, and rather than standing up, it hangs down behind the Saiyan. Another noticable feature is the lack of eyebrows. Instead of eyebrows, the Saiyan has a more primative facial look.
Like the previous form, SSJ3 Saiyans may tend to have sparks shoot around them, as a sign of their amount of energy. Super Saiyan 3's are extremely strong, and fast. A much greater improvement from the SSJ2.
If a SSJ3 is able to fully awaken his lost Oozaru strength, he may regrow his tail, and even turn into a giant, gold Oozaru, known as an Ougon Oozaru.
