ROMS AGREEMENT
Before you download any of my roms, you must agree to the following terms...
1. You will download these roms at your own risk (if anything seems to go wrong, remember, it was your choice to download the rom, not mine.)
2. You must delete the rom within 24 hours after you download it, unless you actually own the game cartridge. Keeping the rom for more than 24 hours without owning an actual purchased copy of the game is illegal.
3. All the roms on this site are copyrights of the companies who created them, which gives you the responsibility to only place these roms on your site if you have the proper disclaimer.
4. You will not directly link to any of the roms on my site from your own site.
