ORDER OF BATTLE AND MEMBERS LIST
The structure of this unit is historically accurate. I have been in contact with Col. I H McCausland, a veteran of the regiment, and Brig. E G Davies-Scourfield, a veteran of the Calais battle, to ensure that it is totally correct. The only slight inaccuracy is that the command sections are mounted in a lorry rather than a scout car, this is due to the correct scout car not being modelled for the game. Many Command sections in other units were mounted in this way, so it is not entirely make-believe.Non-KRRC sections have been added to the unit to provide fire support. WWIIOL shall not be a ideal place for light infantry, especially if we are not always fighting in support af armour.
Dispatch riders, MOs, and other non-combatant members of the company have not been listed.
This is currently in the process of re-writing. There is a lot of work in interviewing all of our 130+ members and getting them in the correct place, however, so this will take some time and will be in dribs and drabs when it does. I have added a simple list of all members at the bottom. A current, if unpolished, order of battle can be found here.
All sections are mounted in 15-cwt lorries unless otherwise noted.
