3.- Follow the Rules and you shall be rewarded, don't and your gonna have a hard time.
4.- Don't argue with the Masters, ie. Maze, Strife.... our descision on matters is final unless you can come up with some other evidence.....
5.- If somewon says something or cheats, press print screen, open up a photo-editting program and paste it, save it and send it to me, I'll deal with it (thats an example of proof)....
6.- Have fun!
7.- You may not have other people log on as your character and train for you.
8.- YOu may not have 2 characters.
9.- You will not give the passwords away.

Sample Battle

You must state your HP, AD, and SP before a battle commences
***Goku powers up to Kao Ken X 1***
Powerups take a turn. ie. SSJ, Kaio-Ken, Zanzoken etc.
***Goku fires a Kamehameha at Vegeta AD=1000***
Attacking takes a turn, always state the attacks AD
***Vegeta fires a Big Bang Attack AD=1500
***Goku blocks the Big bang***
Blocking takes a turn
***Vegeta charges forwards, punching and Kicking AD=310***
***Goku dodges the attack***
Dodging an attack takes a turn and you must be faster than them**
***Vegeta fires a Big Bang Attack AD= 1100***
***Goku gets hit and falls dead***
When you run out of HP, you die.

Battle Types

Spar- Most spars dont use the battle system, they are usually just for fun and dont involve calculating HP etc.

Regular Battle- These are non-regulated battles, they dont count towards your record and they dont need to be monitored. In Spars you used the SIMPLE battle system meaning you only use Strength, Hit Points and Speed. The battle goes until 1 player dies (when his HP reaches 0)

Official Match- Official matches are some of the most important, they use the ADVANCED battle system meaning you use Strength, HP, KI, and Speed. These battles must be tightly monitored by either Maze or Strife. The battle monitors will help calculate the stats for more fair battles. Also ALL status effects are used in this type of battle.

Tournament Match- Certain tournaments work a bit differently than others. However I shall do my best to describe them for you. Tenka-Chi Budokai- The Tenka-Chi Budokai is the grandest tournament on Earth, this tournament celebrates the champion as the greatest fighter on EARTH and he is awarded a large cash prize and usually some other items. The TCB uses official match rules except for 2 things: You cannot be Killed, You cannot leave the arena.

Free-for-All- The FFA is essentially a regular match but with more people and you can attack any one of those people during your turn.

Blocking,Taking and Dodging. -When you block you take 50% damage and it takes up your turn. (Unless an Item notes otherwise). Max 3 blocks per battle. -When you dodge yoou take 0% damage and it takes up your turn. (You must be faster than opponent). Max 3 dodges per battle. - When you take you take 100% damage unless an item notes otherwise. Taking does not take up your turn.

Damage

Damage of Attacks
Normal attacks are calculates as Attack Damage+Damage of the Move
Ki attacks are calculated as Attack Damage+Damage of Move, but you must subtract the KI level from your total KI.
Speed Stuff
- Whoever has the most speed goes first.
- If your speed is double your enemies, your get 2 attacks, if it is quad you get 3 attacks. Here is a chart....
1x your Enemies- 1 attack.
2x your Enemies- 2 attacks.
3x your Enemies- 2 attacks.
4x your Enemies- 3 attacks.
5x your Enemies- 3 attacks.
6x your Enemies- 4 attacks.
7x your Enemies- 4 attacks
8x your Enemies- 4 attacks
9x your Enemies- 5 attacks
10x your Enemies- 5 attacks

Effects:

Stun- Stuns the enemy for a set amount of turns (they cannot attack)(works once per battle unless otherwise noted)
Unblockable- Attack cannot be blocked.
Homing- Cannot be dodged.
Blind- Enemy is blind for a set amount of time.

Training

Training can be achieved very easily. You simply must be in the chatroom for five minute increments. Every 5 minutes, you must acknowledge your existence in the chat, by doing some form of training. Generally, actions can be indicated by placing two ** around your text. Every five minutes, your stats go up as follows (note items and equipment make your stats go up more)
IT is a wise choice to keep a stats page for easy updating. I recommend everybody does this. Here is an example of how yours should be formatted: Sample.doc

Power Level (PL)- An overall rounding of your characters strength, you can usually tell how strong someone is by their power level. It all determines your ki, what moves you can use and what items you can wear/use.

Hit Points (HP)- Hit Points determines how much damage you can take before you fall unconcious or dead. Whatever damage you take from the attack will determine how much you subtract from your hp.

Attack Damage (AD)- This is the damage that you deal with all attacks. You simply add the damage of the attack with your attack damage, and that is what you will deal to the enemy.

Ki Points (KI)- Ki is your energy, it is energy that is used for ki related attacks like the Kamehameha and Big Bang Attack. Ki Attacks generally take LOTS of energy but are incredibly strong when they make contact.

Speed (SP)- Speed determines 2 things, who goes first in a battle AND something a bit more complex lethat has to do with dodging. Please read Dodging,Blocking and Taking for more information.

AFTER A BATTLE YOUR STATS (HP,and KI) TAKE 1 HOUR TO FULLY RESTORE OR YOU CAN USE A SENZU BEAN TO QUICKEN IT UP

Starting Stats

Power Level: 1200
Attack Damage: 50
Hit Points: 200
Ki: 200
Speed: 100
Money: $50

Increments

Every 5 minutes without items your stats go up as follows:
Power Level: 200
Attack Damage: 3
Hit Points: 10
Ki: 15
Speed: 100
Money: $1

An alternative to training is working. You do not gain stats, but you make $3 an interval instead of 1.

Special Training

Gravity Simulators- These work for one day, from activation, through 24 hours. Once this is complete, they are worn out and useless. See items page for designated bonus. These are special, since it is the only place you can level up your kaio-ken. See the attacks page for details.

Saibamen- You recieve Saibamen in a pack of six beans, each lasting for a half hour. They also give a nice bonus, but a bit more expensive than gravity simulators.

Room of Spirit and Time- This is the most powerful of all training pieces. It allows you to recieve 1 hour of training in this prestigious room, which then counts as if you trained for 24 hours. You can only use this room twice ever, and it requires a ROSAT pass, obtainable from the item shop.

Trainers- These are special Non-player characters (NPC's) that teach special abilities, that are unteachable by normal characters. They also give stat boosts etc. So they are worth a visit. Players must apply to become a trainer as a secondary character. These trainers can be found on the members page, along with their availability for being taken.

Dragonballs

Dragonballs are an integral part of the Dragonball series (well it is self-titled isnt it?). In the RPG we have hunts for the Dragonballs as well and when you get all 7 you get your wishes granted.feel special. There are 3 different sets of Dragonballs and they are
The Earth Dragonballs- Grants 1 Wish
The Namekkian Dragonballs- Grants 3 Wishes

Earth and Namek Dragonballs Dragonball hunts shall work as follows, first off when the hunt is scheduled to start, only those there when the monitor says BEGIN may participate. The Monitor shall announce 7 locations around the planet, these are areas where the Dragonballs MAY be in. Now it normally takes 7 minutes to find a dragonball but a scouter or Dragonradar cuts that down to 5 minutes and having both cuts it down to 3 minutes. If 2 players arrive at the same location they must either battle to the death or 1 must agree to leave. When all of the Dragonballs have been collected, the surviving searchers shall battle to the death for control of the final dragonballs.

-You cannot wish for more than $2000

-You may wish for a Custom Attack(Must be approved)
-You cannot wish for more than $2000 worth of items(if you wish for $2000 worth of items, you cannot wish for $2K and vice versa
-You cannot wish for a Stat Boost

-You cannot wish for a Stat Boost
-You can wish for a Custom Item and Custom Attack(Must be Approved)

The Sagas

Ah yes you remember those loveable and fun sagas that we participated in? Well their back and shall be better than ever. Sagas dont neccessarly follow the rules of the RPG (the monitors might do things that seem un-orthodox) but dont worry its all part of the saga, however the Official battle system is used and should be noted well. Sagas are fun for all and sometimes even items and such can be found, so be aware and prepare.

Death

When one dies, you are dead forever unless you are revived by dragonballs, magical items or by other means. When one dies you will face the judgement of the guardian of the earth, if they were evil they go to HELL, if they were good they have a chance to run down Snakeway to get to King Kai's and maybe get his training depending on how they died. Rules to be met before being trained by King Kai
-You cannot be evil in nature
-You must have died as a warrior, no dying on purpose. He won't teach you Kao-Ken or Genki-Dama unless your a high enough power level.

Learning Moves

To learn a regular move that can be taught by a non-trainer/non-master you must teach your friend step by step how to do the move. ie for Kamehameha
**Goku brings his hands backwards and says KA!**
**Vegeta brings his hands backwards and says KA!**
ANd it would continue like that until the move is completed.
