Super Saiyan 3 is a different form of turning Super Saiyan. When Super Saiyan they lose their eyebrows, and then your hair grows down to your ass. When in Super Saiyan 3 they are stronger of course, smarter, and in Gotenks case, very cocky. The first person to reach Super Saiyan 3 is Gotenks. He reaches it during the Buu saga. Then He get absorbed by Buu.
