Trading Rules and Policy :

  • Trade is open to all pinoy anime fanatics, no international trades for now.
  • Trade disc (DVD-R) ratio is 1:1. No VCD/DVD Video/CD-R please, only data DVDs.
  • No generic discs, use only TDK DVD-Rs
  • We only accept fansub copies and original DVD rips (Avi, Mkv, Ogm and Mp4 only), no RAW copies please (We don't speak Japanese T_T).
  • Please dont label discs, that's my job. But you can use piece of paper to label them and insert them in cd sleeves (sleeves can be either paper or plastic ).
  • Burn the episodes chronologically. Do not mix episodes, unless we ask you to do so.
  • Must use folders always and use proper naming.
  • Data DVD-Rs must be filled up to 4-4.3GB max. (don't want filling up DVD's max capacity up to 4.5GB )
  • Defective discs/episodes will be replaced if returned.
  • Pls. place discs in individual cd sleeves & use bubble wrap when sending them through courier service.
  • Important: If this is the first time that we're trading with you and you initiated the trade, you have to send the disc/s first. After we have received and verified it, then we would notify you and send our copy that you ordered.

 

Placing A Trade Request :

  • All requests must be made through email.
  • Type in "Anime Trade Request" on the subject line.
  • Send us your complete anime list that you wish to trade with (the more options we have, the better). Info includes Title, file type, file size, fansub, current location (either HD or DVD) and number of episodes. If you want you can put descriptions in every title.
  • Your list can be in any file format (txt, doc, xls, etc) as long as we can read it clearly it's up to you, attach them in your e-mail. But we still prefer xls format.
  • Also include your name/nick, age, current address and mobile number
  • Then list down anime titles that you want from us
  • If we're interested, we will reply to you (can be tru email or txt); from there we can discuss further with the details on how we can trade.
  • If we did not reply to you within one week, means we're not interested at the moment or we're just really busy, but in the future we might reconsider trading with you..
