Distro Rules and Policy :

  • Distro is open to Philippine buyers only.
  • 100 Pesos/DVD with no minimum charge + shipping costs.
  • We only use TDK DVD-R disc as for now.
  • We do not label disc.
  • Discs come in paper sleeves and are precheck for any defects. One week warranty given. Defective discs will be replaced if notified and returned within 1-3 days provided that the disc has no scratch at all (see our warranty section below ).
  • Data DVD-Rs are filled up to 3GB - 4GB max.
  • Minimum of 300 pesos purchase per transaction.
  • Payments can be made through either Bank Deposit (BDO / Banco de Oro) or through Globe's GCash payment; we will reply to you the exact details when you place your order.
  • For purchases of less than 10 DVDs, the discs can be ready within 1-2days.
  • When you e-mail us your order/s, we will send you a reply to confirm it; and further details regarding payment procedures. You may also send us an e-mail for any queries.
  • Bundled software (codec and player) are included inside the disc to play the video files.
  • Available disc space is included in the anime list. Please decide for yourself if you want any filler. Daytron Exchange will not be held responsible for not filling up (4GB max) a disc you did not specify.
  • Privacy Policy: Daytron Exchange does NOT distribute your personal information such as your name, e-mail, mobile number, address and other relevant informaton to other parties or people. The information you provide with us stays with us.
  • We don't sell disc in DVD player format. Only data DVD that can only be played in PC and alike
  • We don't convert files at all, we only sell files obtain from fansubs.
  • We are not connected to any fansub groups.
  • We don't offer fansub service at all.
  • Don't hesitate to address me in tagalog if you want, Tagalog pa rin ang native language ko :p

 

Placing An Order :

  • All orders must be sent through email
  • Type in "Anime Orders" on the subject line.
  • Then include your Name/Nick, address and mobile number (no landline number please).
  • Then list down anime titles you want to purchase. As I have noted above, Daytron Exchange will not be held responsible for NOT filling up (4GB max) disc you did not specify; so organize and specify them in every disc. Please refer to our detailed xls list.
  • Send all your orders to daytronexchange[at]yahoo.com.ph.
  • We will reply to you as soon as possible (takes usually 1-3 days) but in the event we did not reply for about a week, please kindly resend your order. ^^
  • The replied email includes payment details for both GCash and Bank Deposit options; from there you can choose any method that you like. Further instruction is included, for me to verify your payment (this is important!).
  • If you are living nearby (within Batangas); we can transact in the preferred meet-up places (refer to the right panel). No need for shipping process and fee.
  • The package will be sent within 1-2 days after payment/deposit has been confirmed. Packages will be securely packed and sent thru courier service, LBC. It normally takes 1-2 days for the courier service to deliver the package. We will send to you the package's trace number, so you can track down your package from the courier. A feedback email is very much appreciated ^^

 

Warranty Scope :

  • One week warranty with product replacement
  • You must notify us at once through e-mail (described the previous orders and the details of defect ). When found valid I will reply to you of my shipping address and other details. Then send them back to us within 3 days.
  • Only return items will be replaced provided that items are valid for replacement
  • Disc replacement is ONLY COVERED from the following:
    1. All/some files are corrupted and can't be played at all (lack of codec of the player cannot be regarded as a defect! All discs are bundled with software containing video player and codec. All discs are highly pre-checked and tested before shipping, but as the saying goes "humans are not perfect" and these things can happen T.T ~ I hope not in the near future )
    2. When package is return together with ALL of its contents and container in its original form (please reseal the package's envelope), undamaged and unmarked. Failure to comply with this, warranty is strip from your item
  • ..and NOT COVERED at all from the following:
    1. Improper subbing, minor glitch and other technical issues cause by the fansub itself are not covered by this warranty; we distribute anime as is! Directly from fansub groups. Any problem regarding their subs and their copies is entirely not our error anymore. But we ensure our copies are all high quality.
    2. Disc scratched, destroyed and damage physically is also not covered by this warranty, we ensure our DVD are all free from scratch and damage when we ship it to you.
    3. In the event that you are not satisfied or disapointed with the anime that you bought is not absolutely covered by this replacement warranty
  • We will not cover your shipping charges when you return the defective product; you have to pay for it. But when found valid for replacement; we will send you a new copy free of charge. And when you order again from us you can have one disc free! (this serve as our payment for paying the shipping charges for returning the defective product )
  • Daytron Exchange has the right to test and decide when the returned item is valid for replacement.
  • We replaced disc of the same content, no more no less.
  • Failure to return the defective product within one week, product's warranty expires.
  • We accept any courier service, when sending to us back our merchandise.
  • Most importantly, you must know that when we found out that the returned item is not really defective at all, we will not pay any courier service at all to return this item back to you (you must understand that it is your responsibility to fully check and test the said item before sending it back ). If you really wish to re-acquire the item, you must send us shipping fees. You have one week to send us your payment; otherwise, the item will be confiscated.
