12. Margaret Helen DIETZEL

Margaret Helen was the daughter of William Wallace DIETZEL and Ruth Emily MCCALLA. She was born 25 DEC 1923 at New Albany, Ohio. She died 20 DEC 1999 at Johnstown, Ohio and was buried 22 DEC 1999 at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, Ohio.

Margaret Helen married Gene SHELLENBARGER . Gene is the son of Harry Norton SHELLENBARGER and Esse Faye FULLER.

Margaret Helen (Dietzel) Shellenbarger, age 75, passed peacefully away at her
Johnstown, Ohio home on December 20, 1999. Born December 25, 1923 in New Albany,
OH. to the late William Wallace Dietzel and Ruth Emily McCalla, she was 1 of 9
children, Thomas, Robert and William who predeceased her; Dotha, Richard,
Ronald, David and Mary who survive her. Marg was the beloved wife of Gene K.
Shellenbarger, her husband and best friend for 53 years. She is survived by her
husband; 5 loving children and 12 grandchildren. Debie, husband Ron Brooks and
children, Amy, Stacey and A.J.; Patty, husband, Dave Robinson and children,
Shelley and Sarah; Claudia and son, Jarod; Cliff, wife, Sheri and chidren,
Spencer (wife, Christy), Mandy and Kathy; and Kim, husband, Stan Williams and
chidren, Todd, Abbey and Katie. Margaret was a registered nurse for 30 years in
Mt. Vernon, Oh. She was a member of Pythian Sisters, Eastern Star, T.W.I.G. #22,
Johnstown Independent Baptist Church and was presiding judge of the Licking
County Board of Elections. Marg was an avid sports fan and a fierce competitor
at the bridge table. Friends will be received from 7-9pm on Tuesday, December 21
at the Crouse-Kauber Funeral Home, 225 North Main St.,Johnstown, Oh. The funeral
service will be held on Wednesday, December 22 at 2 pm at the Johnstown
Independent Baptist Church, 7397 Johnstown-Alexander Rd., with Rev. Drew Walther
officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions
can be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, 1435-B W. Main St., Newark, Oh.
