Mum and dad visited
us for 5 weeks in March/April and the children loved seeing 'nana and grandpa'.
Every evening we went for a walk along the New Corniche where this photo
was taken.

Here are the children
in their new double buggy - had to get one so that I could take them for
walks once all the grandparents had deserted us!

|
During mum and dad's
stay we also had a visit from Bronwyn and Mike Donaldson, together with
Laura and Philip. They were over from New Zealand for a couple of weeks.
Bronwyn was a big hit with the little ones. [Where's the photo you took
of all of us on the Hash??]

Since then the weather
has just got hotter and hotter so we've spent a lot of time playing on
beaches................
|

.....or floating in
the sea............

........ and learning
how to swim in the pool....

|
|
.......and stealing
mummy's sun lounger....
|
|
|
............. having
a swinging time ..............
|
|
|
or simply taking things
easy.
|
|
|
We managed a weekend
at Buraimi Hotel with the Filby family. Here they are on a trip to Fossil
Valley, with an amazing amount of grass for a desert!

We went to a party at
MacDonalds last week - David insisted on wearing his bow tie! Like father,
like son!
|
|
And here's Catherine
in her party dress showing her knickers. Like mother, like daughter I guess.
[But at least hers aren't
the Bridget Jones variety!]
