i grew up in the boonies. here is a great swamp picture from near my home.
This was the yard back in the day. it has phantom, my hair-lipped homey, and my first vehicle in the background.
My dad loaned me one of his guitars. i've always wanted to play it since he first got it, now i'm gonna learn and rock on.

rowdy page for more on him.
This almost made it to the page with my pics, but i'm not in it. i included it here because trager had his eyes closed. it is funny.

Again, Coke in my lap.

Yankee stadium. i'm not a huge baseball fan, but i figured, why not?
A bunch of skyscrapers. not much interest, but it is nyc.

Central park in the afternoon. many people there in that green spot.
More of central park. it is a huge fucking park, with a fucking lake in it. fuck, dude.

This is called what the monster sees. is the figure the monster, is the viewer the monster, is the artist the monster, is the artist the figure? many questions can be asked of this, and i still dont have any answers. oil on canvas.
NEW ADDITION 11/24/05 - a painting done at a time when i was unhappy. just random painting, but there is an upside down heart in there, at least the way i see it. not intentional though.
COMING SOON!! OR AT LEAST IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS!!! a picture i'm painting, as well as the original drawing of the idea, and detailed documentation of my thoughts on the project and all the phases taken. i think this may prove, to myself at least, that art psychology is a legitimate practice. i'd never really believed it (though "what the monster sees" almost had me convinced) and i think i'll write an essay about it all. and speaking of "what the monster sees," i think i'll reveal what i know of it, though it is, as of this date, about two years old already. today is 3/25/05 by the way.
