Story

After the dolphins cleared out the Soviets' giant squids, the Allies sent in the amphibious transports and sweet hell broke loose. Mirage and Prism Tanks rolled over the island, pounding away at sentry guns and blowing away Tesla coils like they were saplings. With the ground cleared on this unmapped island in the Florida Keys, the one hope for an Allied victory was built: Einstein's highly experimental Chronosphere. While it was under construction, Allied forces still had to beat back persistent Soviet forces intent on stopping the Chronosphere from coming online.
But it did. When the tech engineers finally fired it up, the destination was set for the heart of the Red Menace: the Kremlin in Moscow.
It went down in history as the world's first full-scale invasion via time warp. Grizzlies and Prism Tanks thundered through the cold cobblestone. streets of Moscow while Rocketeers zipped across the sky, scouting ahead for the special forces team -- including one very angry Tanya -- to go in and capture Premier Romanov. As expected, he was cowering in the Kremlin beneath his desk. Romanov was taken to England, where the contrite premier signed a peace treaty that effectively dismantled the Soviet war machine.
         But where was Yuri?
The elusive psychic mastermind had slipped through the fingers of U.S. forces.
Now Allied generals have received Intel that Yuri didn't exactly retire. In fact, while the U.S. was tangling with Romanov, Yuri had abdicated to forge his own schemes for world domination. Looks like he wasn't happy playing second in command to the obnoxious Romanov.
It looks like Yuri is finally getting his way. Intel reports tell of mysterious structures popping up worldwide from the California coast to the sands of Egypt. Civilians, apparently under the influence of Yuri's mind-control, have willingly joined his standing army.
Fortunately, the Allies have a few technological tricks up their sleeves as well. President Dugan has enacted "Operation Time Lapse," a plan to beat back Yuri's forces with radical new technology, seasoned soldiers, and a battle-hardened general like you.

Initiate

The base infantry unit of Yuri's army. Initiates use the power of their minds to do damage. Like GIs and Conscripts, Initiates can garrison civilian buildings.

Engineer

Yuri's Engineers are identical to those of the Allied and Soviet Armies.

Brute

Yuri's anti-tank infantry unit is the Brute, a genetically engineered monstrosity designed to crush everything that blocks its path. Dogs will avoid Brutes and will not attack them.

Virus

This deadly infantry unit is equipped with a long-range rifle, capable of slaughtering any infantry unit with a single strike. Worse, the victim is killed not with a bullet but with a powerful toxin that leaves a dangerous residue that damages other infantry units unfortunate enough to walk through the poisonous cloud left by a Virus' victim.

Yuri Clone

Defences in the traditional sense, this unit is equipped with a powerfully altered brain that allows it to take control of almost any enemy unit. While Miners, Attack Dogs, Master Minds, Yuri Clones, Hero units and any flying unit are immune to the power of the Yuri Clone, all others are susceptible to being taken over by this unit and added to Yuri's war effort. When confronted by masses of infantry units, a Yuri Clone can deploy and create a massive Psi Wave, damaging or killing nearby infantry. This unit is identical to the Yuri Clone possessed by the Soviet Army.

Yuri Prime

Yuri's answer to Tanya and Boris is Yuri himself. Seated on a massive flying chariot. Yuri Prime is a much more capable and deadly version of the Yuri Clone. Like other heroes, Yuri Prime cannot be crushed by vehicles, regenerates automatically and is immune to mind control. Like his clones, Yuri Prime can control most vehicles and enemy infantry units, as well as most enemy structures, even turning enemy defences to his nefarious will. Additionally, Yuri is equipped with an improved Psi Wave attack that instantly kills infantry in its area of effect and even damages units outside of the immediate blast radius. Yuri Prime is in greater control of this effect than his clones are; when he uses his Psi Wave attack, he does not damage allies.

Hint : To get two Yuri Primes make sure that you have firstly got a Cloning Vat and then build a Yuri Prime. Hey presto you have two Yuri Primes at you're control.
