Two Lovers
Half past witching hour
on a rainy spring night.
Two lovers stand under the eaves.
Quick little breezes
ruffle their hair.
He stands behind her,
strong arms hold close.
He whispers sweet nothings in her ear.
The whole world
slips by unnoticed.
Lightning flashes,
illuminates a tender kiss.
