One announcement and three peices of great news. First of all I am officially changing my Label from Dark Rabbitman Enterprises to Solarstone Enterprises. Same great taste, cool new look.
And the great news:
1Last night I finished the framework for the new gallery. 16 pages for all kinds of art, all I have to do now is upload and update. I started it off with about one image per page with much more to come.
2I just finished the toughest mid-term that I'll have this term. So it's smooth sailing till finals.
3I just bought the Gorrillaz' Space-Monkey-Remix cd, that is good stuff. Mostly techno-reggea with massive bass. check it out next time you're at a record store.
cool stuff ahead

So I was looking through my old software discs and I found 2 great cds. the Starcraft game I was hooked on all Freshman year, and my portfolio disc that I'd been looking for since I revamped the gallery. It had all the art that I'd done up to about the 2nd semester of my H.S. Snr. year. That's the reason I could finally add some quality art, Starcraft's the reason it took so long. Bonus: the art's in color.

Just a minor update this week, several new imitation drawings that I forgot to add earlier, in case you couldn't tell I'm going for quantity at this point with the gallery.  I'm still scanning the 3rd batch of sketches, including some finished peices.
In other news the first OSU Wind Ensemble concert of the year is coming up this Nov. 7th at 7pm, be there to hear the massively intense music we've been preparing all term.

Lack of update due to my internet being down lately, no one knows why but sometimes our entire wing of the dorm just flickers in and out all day. . . that's annoying. anyway I just saw Revolutions and that was fun. I'm also scanning a 3rd batch of pictures.

Can't update now, ate too much turkey.

Thanksgiving was fun, lots of food, relatives, and kareoke. I'm already looking forward to Christmass. No new art, it's the week before finals. One abrupt peice of news: I found out a couple days ago that my roomate Nathan is moving out in two weeks to study hairstyling in Portland...O.K. so now I can either find a new roomate, pay twice as much, or leave the room open for the next person who comes to OSU, so right now I'm calling people up to see if they want to room.

Finals week...Wooooah deal. I've been studying nonstop for the last couple days (by nonstop I mean nonstop). and before that I had the gigantic hassle of trying to register for the right classes. Most fill up before freshmen get a chance to get in, which means you have to spend a day or 2 walking from building to building finding out that the teacher you need to talk to is gone for the day (about 2% of OSU teachers are reachable at any given time). Did I mention the music department is only open till noon?
But now I'm done with my horrific political science exam and I'm on vacation. I'll be kickin it in Salem by friday night.

Well I learned two valuable lessons from finals week:
1 a one-Liter  bottle of Mt. Dew does fit nicely in my pocket, and
2 if I ever need to spend the day in a stoned-trance-like-state, all I have to do is get less than 2 hrs. of sleep the night before and load up on energy drinks.
In other news I ate the best hamburger that I can remember ever tasting. I kid you not this hamburger was strumtrillescant. If you live in Salem OR. go to Casey's hot dogs downtown and order the western burger.
do it now.
