This Kittani device does NOT seem to be a product of Atlantis; in fact, the Splurgorth seem to be as much in the dark about this metamorphing armor as the rest of RIFTS Earth is!RPT Shriek An experimental flying power armor with the ability to turn intangible! Completely different from the Promethian's Phase Technology, even the masters of Center are at a loss to discover who creates it. Perhaps the fact that it is only available in a size that accomodates pilots of about 5 1/2 feet tall is a clue?
