Seicia, rider of blue Quaineth

Seicia, or more commonly know as Sei is a 22 turn old blue rider who is as fiesty as they come. Her red brown hair is a feature not generally missed in a crowd. With a fun personality, and aside from her hair, Sei has rather plain features, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have a history with people. She has been known to stick it through with people till the end as was demonstrated more than once during the plague.
