I am a huge fan of� Horror Movies, an I would strongly recommend viewing any Horror Movie at your local Movie Theatre, for the reason that the effects and visuals are sometimes lost when they are viewed on� home TV sets.

Don't forget though that Cult Movies are widely available to rent at your local video store for when there is a break between major Movie releases. We have been lucky just lately in that several great Movies have been recently been at our Theatres.

The Forsaken

~The Story~
A guy picks up a hitchhiker, while on a roadtrip to his sisters wedding. Only this hitchhiker turns out to be a Vampire Hunter. The hitchhiker, no sorry, vampire hunter is chasing after a gang of vampires with the intent to kill the lead vampire. Things get further complicated after the guy gets bitten by one of the vampires, an has to try and hunt an kill the lead vampire so as not to become a Vampire himself.

~Personal Review~
I'm sure most vampire fans would enjoy this movie, it did have some originality an some pretty neat scenes. An overall the story was good with some great cast performances. For my own personal taste though, I never truly enjoyed this movie a great deal, it was slow in places an very predictable. This may have been because I had such great expectations for this Movie. It also lacked any real great Vampiric scenes, I was hoping for more blood an fangs, but oh well thats just me. My opinion is that to be a truly great Horror Movie, it has to scare the crap outta me, an make me look away at least once or twice, this movie never even came close. The Forsaken is by no means Trailer Trash though, and id not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

Movie is Set 10 years after the first films events, The High Priest Imhotep and his Pharaohs babe Anak Su Namun are resurrected once again and determined to fulfill his quest for immortality. Rick O'Connell and Evelyn are by now married an have a child, an again have to combat the evil high Priest, But this time theres another dark force to fight, the ancient Scorpion King.�

~Personal Review~
Wow jus Wow, is what I have to say, if you know me at all, I was a huge fan of the original Mummy Movie. This has truly taken over where the last Movie left off. I was so excited about seeing this Movie. Must have been a great tribute to the script writers to have so many of the Original cast return for this Movie. Stunning Visuals for the Opening Sequences with the Scorpion King. The Rock suited that part well...He never did that "thing" with his eyebrows though. Awww..lol Although this movie was a Sequel there was still enough originality to make it an outstanding movie, an was easily as cool as the first TheMummy, It truly had all the ingredients that made the first such a big hit.�

Brendan Fraser is such a Great Actor, he is just like a new Indiana Jones in fact he would have suited that role too. The thing I enjoyed most of all, well apart from the stunning visual effects and Brendan Frasers cute butt, was that the first story was tied so smoothly into this one this has to be the best Sequel I have ever seen. Just have to say WOW again. My only criticism is that things did get a little predictable toward the end, an that the humor that was in the first was somehow lost in this Sequel, but hey you cant have everything.

Although The Mummy Returns aint A true Horror Movie an there was nothing scary, its really worth seeing, an noone should really miss seeing this movie, Im going to see it again this coming weekend, an maybe again an again if my boyfriend lets me..lol Let me finish by saying Brendan Fraser is very cute ;)��
