In spite of the political tensions, the PES staff held a training session February 18-19 at the Free Methodist Bible Institute in Port-au-Prince. Gardy Virgile was in charge. Six people attended. The conditions for cooking were very good, especially the first day. The particpants were very motivated. They cooked rice, goat meat, vegetables, beans, and plantain. A meeting after 3 months is planned for follow-up.
