As the immense political tensions of February and March faded, the PES staff organized a solar cooking seminar April 13-15 at the Free Methodist Bible Institute. The cooking conditions were very good. The six participants were surprised as rice, meat, plantain, vegetables, and corn meal were all cooked in the sun. Esnaider Marcelat and Gardy Virgile were in charge.
