6/17/05 - THE TENSION IS HIGH! SPECIAL ENTRY! - The other day a friend from mine at work and I went to go see the French movie "High Tension", and let me tell you, it was really good. From the get go, the main character watches another girl take a shower, and then, uh, "helps" herself while thinking about it in her bed. It only gets better from there! When a psycho trucker comes along, kills the parents of one girl, and kidnaps the daughter, her friend sets out to rescue her. But the story has a huge twist that you won't expect - but yours truly was clever enough to know something was fishy ahead of time! We both had a good time, and get this - nobody else was in the theater. We had a good time yelling at the screen with the whole place to ourselves. And I pulled off mean Don Vito impersonations with lines such as, "YO! You gonna git killed - you got brain damage or somethin'?"

6/29/05 - Caught the new season of Viva La Bam on Sunday. YO! Best show ever! Vito was in top form, as was Bam and crew - at one point, Vito was tricked into getting a BRAZILLIAN WAX - and his painful reaction was priceless! As for the new Andy Milonakis show, it was kind of dumb. I mean, compared to Viva La Bam, it had no direction or purpose - and no fat uncle to pick on, of course! The only good part was with Little Jon and even that was kind of dry, IMHO... |
