OK, the first offline cheat goes like this:
Invincibility: This one is simple. In the loadout menu after the briefing type
"I am the ace!!" Now on that mission your plane won't be destroyed!
This cheat is only good for one mission at a time so if you wanna be invincibil on the next mission you'll hafta type it in again.
Next one is...
Level Select: In the main menu of the campaign, right clic on the microphone on the left side of the screen. Then type "Idaho". A drop down menu will appear in the top right of the screen. You can now get to any mission in the game!
