Mares and Foals of '00

Dapper Dan Farm offers year round, full service care and board. Hosting four shows every year; including breed, pleasure and hunter classes; we are a prime farm for riders who want to show but not travel. For the riders who do want to show the bigger circuit, or local, we do travel too.

Every morning, after breakfast, the horses are turned out. Each group or single are rotated between large grass paddocks and dirt pens. For injured horses, small paddocks, allowing only to walk around, are available. The horses are turned out from 8:30am to 3pm, everyday as long as weather permits.

Our large grass hunt course is kept mowed and clear of over hanging branches. At the farm shows, it is used for all the hunter, jumper and equitation classes. Usually having a full course of jumps, it is also where jumping lessons are taught, weather permitting.
