Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of the time we receive your order.
Overnight and 2-day delivery orders are usually shipped out the day after we

subjected to a thorough verification procedure before shipping. Often, this

OVERSIZE PRODUCTS: Large and Heavy items such as Receivers, DVD Players, VCR's,
and other similar items may be subject to additional delivery charges. In these
cases, a sales representative will contact you to confirm these additional
charges.
1. All products we sell are factory fresh.
2. All products we carry are covered by manufacturer's warranty or store
warranty.
3. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are additional.
4. Everything we ship is double boxed and insured for your convenience.
5. All oversized items such as DVD players, speakers, receivers are subject to
additional shipping charges. we do not ship oversized items by air (ground
shipping only) Our sales representative will contact you with exact shipping
cost on such items.
Returns:
1. Returns are accepted on 35mm and APS Photo products within 21 days of
receipt.
2. Returns on all Audio and Video Products, including Video Cameras, Digital
Cameras, DVD Players, Receivers, and Computer products and related accessories
accepted within 7 days of receipt.
3. Shipping and Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.
4. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly
labeled on return box. Please call for RMA number prior to returning your
package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with RMA number will not be
accepted.
5. All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following: Original
manufacturer box; Unmarked Instructions and Manuals; Blank Warranty and/or
serial number cards; Cardboard and/or Styrofoam Packaging, Plastic Bags, and all
other included factory packed accessories.
6. We accept returns on unopened and unused products without a restocking fee.
7. We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or
product registrations.
8. All refunds posted within 30 days of receipt of return.
9. All prices listed are after all applicable manufacturer's rebates
