Drawing Gallery
This first group of drawings represents the series on which I am currently working.  I'm not sure if there are two related series here--the smaller pieces on watercolor paper as one and the larger pieces on colored paper as the second--or if they are just two modes in one series.  I've spent some time titling these pieces now (they were formerly untitled) and I'm thinking of calling the series Hood.  Hood = blindfold, criminal, crown, flowerpetal, fold of skin, headdress, neighborhood, poet, quality, rowdy youth, state, veil.  Hood => anonymity, clitoris, community, execution, labia, martyrdom, motherhood, purity, secrecy, sisterhood, warmth.

The next group of drawings are from a recent series of figure drawings.  I asked my female friends to model for me, and I was really surprised by how many did.  In spite of continued interest, I have decided to close this series.
