The menu is executed by Olivier Sofo (ex Pier Rose Bay) who has recently returned from Europe working under Alain Ducasse’ at Plaza Athenee and Spoon Restaurants, Paris.
Firefly serves an all day tastings menu from midday until ten pm. In the tapas style, our tastings are designed to satisfy the appetite and be shared amongst friends.
