Our mixed drinks are a collection of both classic and contemporary, methodically executed using super premium spirits and liqueurs and we are proud to feature a theme for each month. Firefly Winebar has arguably one of the most innovative wine lists in Australia.

Our beer list is a little different also.
We contribute to the increasing appreciation of microbrewed beers by  listing boutique Australian product.

Of course we are most renowned for our wine list which is compiled and continually updated by resident sommelier Paul Scales (ex Wine Banc). The wine list is regularly updated with 20+ offerings by the glass.

Fresh mint and lime, crushed and stirred with
a generous measure of 42 Below Feijoa Vodka.

Topped up with brewed dark ginger beer and served in a pewter tankard. (Feijoa is a South American fruit with a very unique flavour)

Firefly is also the first Sydney bar to offer our guests opportunity to purchase whole bottles of spirits and have them kept behind the bar, to be consumed at their leisure.
