How to get there?
Bus or own transportation to the Batangas
City port (bus fare � P200 � P350)
Boat ride from the Port to Puerto Galera
TIP: Don�t forget to check the schedule of the boat
trips. There are trips as early as 5:30 am and as
late as 2:30 pm.
Where to stay?
I suggest you stay in White Beach. A room
for 4 people with air-conditioning costs P400 � P500 a
night.
There are other hotels in other beaches �
Sabang Beach, Coco Beach, Lalaguna Beach. But if
you�re just a student like me, White Beach is probably
the cheapest.
If you�re going with our family, the best
accommodations are in Coco Beach (costs $100 - $120 a
night)
Where to eat?
There are a lot of ihaw-ihaw restaurants in
Sabang and White Beach that offers a wide variety of
seafood (YUM!). A complete meal may cost P80 � P200.
Where to go?
- There are many bars in Sabang Beach. Sabang
is considered the best nightspot in Puerto Galera.
The hotel people can recommend several places
where you can go scuba diving and snorkeling
Transportation?
- Jeep, tricycle, boat
TIP: You and your friends can hire a jeep for a P1,
000. You can have full use of the jeep and the driver
the whole day. Renting a boat may cost about the same
