Greetings from the island of Curacao. Here I grew up and my 3 brothers live here. 22^nd of April I arrived here, and the end of May I will go to Holland to attend a big conference at Pentecost. Here on Curacao I am doing some fundraising for my work and fixing things for friends and helping my brother with his electrician job.

The following Website is new for Prison Fellowship Colombia. The greatest testimonies come from people in the prisons of Colombia. God has brought peace into many prisons through the work of Prison Fellowship Colombia. Crimes heard of or seen on your TV years ago of which some of those criminals now are miraculously converted and are evangelizing inside prison to reach fellow prisoners. It surprices me every time how many different kinds of people there are on the little island of Curacao. The local language is Papiamento and Dutch, but English and Spanish I have already spoken in this short time here. And there are evangelical churches in each of those 4 languages. But there are many more languages heard. The Indian language Urdu you hear in some shops in the city center and Arabic I have also heard already. The icecream man speaks portugese, and in the many chinese restaurants Chinese is spoken ofcourse. French and Creole is new on the island since a few decades ago when Hatians started coming to work here. Not to forget the many friends from Surinam who speak Takitaki. So, more than 10 languages heard on Curacao.

Have you ever been touched by God His message, which moved you to go into misions? Helping a little child somewhere far away on earth. A widow, a homeless, someone hit by war or tradegy? Or a vision to help the needy with water and food and tell them about Jesus? Winning the lost for Jesus? I have this vision, and already 22 years putting it into practice. I just cant keep up with so much need there is in the world.
