Dan's Rainbow Power Porridge

Nuke enough Water for,
2 packs Apple Cinnamon Quaker Oats
Let water with Oats sit for 2 minutes with lid.
ADD:
1 scoop GNC Pro RX Protein Powder
1/2 scoop BetaGen
1/2 cup Fruit Salad
1 Astro Strawberry Yogurt

Stir and enjoy! You'll wanna get every drop! Mmmm, Mmmm, good!
