Here's a wonderful Dinner or Supper Salmon Loaf:

Dan's Salmon Loaf

3 cups (4, 213g or 7.5 oz tins) Chunk Pink Salmon
4 Egg Whites
1 tbs. Sugar
1 tbs. Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dill Weed
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 cup (an' a bit) So Good (or 2% Milk)
1/2 cup Fat-Free Whole Wheat Cracker Crumbs
1 cup cooked Whole Wheat Macaroni (5 oz Dry)

Drain & flake Fish. Mix all ingredients. Press lightly into a loaf pan or small casserole with a fork. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
Serves 6.
