Thank-you! You're a sweetheart! As a matter of fact - I do! Ever since I completed my Body-for-LIFE Challenge 2001, I've been using the following shake:

Dan's Myoplex Morning Booster

1 Myoplex (either Strawberry, Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 Banana
1/2 cup frozen Berries
2 cups Water
1 cup So Good (Soya Milk)
1 scoop BetaGen
1 scoop Glutamine
1/3 tsp. Taurine
1/3 tsp. 100% pure Safflower Oil

It all goes into the blender and tastes fantastic!
After my workouts, I usually drop the banana and add 1/2 scoop Phosphagen HP.
Before bed, I drop both the berries and banana and drop BetaGen to 1/2 scoop.
