Your "high intensity effort" will not have you drop dead of exhaustion, that's not its purpose, but it will have you moving forward, improving in a very positive way, with very positive metabolic results. For your Nutritional Food Intake - your eating pattern routines according to the Body-for-LIFE program, you have to master what's known as The Eating-for-LIFE Method. The possibilities for healthy menus and meals from Bill's list are incredibly NOT limiting, AND will get you on the road towards being wise to what you need to put into your body, to optimize your transformation over the next 12-weeks. It's a well known fact that a body without exercise over the age of 25 will lose a half-pound of muscle per year. Bill has made sense! The adversity can come from any direction and even from within your own mind. Each adversity that comes your way will be your own personal little test! Are you properly prepared to pass? Can you keep your eyes and will towards your goals? Never give in. Refuse to look back. Your character is about to be tested, and tested again. This isn't a matter of hard-luck, of expecting sympathy. This isn't a matter of perfection, but of progress. This is a matter where every ounce of your INTERNAL FORTITUDE, COURAGE, COMPASSION, SPIRIT, ENTHUSIASM & WISDOM is called into play, to carry you on to succeed IN SPITE of the adversity that's come at you. Harness the Power of Positive Pressure. It's only through that pressure or stress that you will evolve and grow to become more than you were and are now. And again, the body will adapt. Remember, coal never becomes a diamond without pressure. Overcome those adversities. Replace negatives with positives. Infiltrate every area of your life. Believe in life again! How you succeed at conquering an adversity is not only an incredibly awesome moment in your own personal HIGH POINT LIVING experience, but a remarkable inspiration for others still to follow. You can make a difference in this world, by starting with a plan for yourself over a given length of time - a plan that includes being mentally and spiritually prepared to change negative adversities, harness their power and utilize them for your own growth. You'll break out of your own comfort zone and have something very worthwhile to pass on to someone else. This in itself makes Taking Action and journalizing your progress so incredibly important and an ongoing worthwhile pursuit.
