technique. Decide what helps you're gonna use to revitalize your enthusiasm and intensity when you feel like giving up. Write them all down.

SET-UP YOUR WORK-OUT PATTERNS, BINDER & MENUS.
By now, you've seen that a great deal of emphasis has been placed on MIND & SPIRIT those 2 INTERNAL AREAS of the Health & Well Being Triangle. Why? Because now we're prepared to take on the greatest limited aspect of who we are - our BODY. AND, by now, it's been put into it's proper perspective :-) It no longer rules! It no longer can give us those cravings for junk! Oh, but how it will fight! Oh, but how it will resist change! Oh, how it will put every reason and desire there before you to trip you up from trying to change it! It's a beast! It's an Alpha Ape. It needs your Omega will power, your enthusiasm, your internal strength (thank God you've just developed those areas) to work with it, to modify it's appearance, to open it up to new possibilities, to expand it's appreciation of it's proper place in your life, to bring it to optimum health and well being. You can either choose to work with your body slowly or help it adapt more rigorously. Make it your friend, make it your enemy, you decide. But, tell it it's gonna change and visualize the change it's gonna become. To a certain extent it's gonna be a battle, it's gonna be a fight. In some cases it's gonna be pure warfare! I chose to shake it up and let it become the best me I could visualize within 12-weeks. I owed it, and Bill's program my "best effort." Hey, I was at a place where the program was either gonna work for me, or it wasn't. But, "I"  wasn't about to be the thing that stopped the progress. I had to start removing my negative self from the program to start giving my positive side a chance. And, in that frame of mind, I had to let go of or give up the negative ruling force of giving up on myself, and "give my all" to see if anything positive could happen from the use of positive dedication and determination of will. What had I to lose? I'd almost died twice anyway. The way I looked at it was, "I'm gonna give this my best shot. For 12-weeks. If it works, fine. If it doesn't, well, I don't want to go that route right now. I'll just give this program my total focus and best effort and then see." People, don't you see that you owe your positive side, your higher self a real good fighting chance at this concept of High Point Living? Setting up your program with these things in mind makes it sound like Body-
for-LIFE is an intense program. It is. Remember, it's only through INTENSITY that you'll see your greatest NEW ADAPTATION! How important is it then, to set-up your entire plan and work your plan? For me, it was vitally important. After setting goals and getting revved up, it's just as vital to create a plan that includes some sort of monitoring, some way of tracking your results, so you can see progress! Being prepared with my work-out plan was part of entering that gym and knowing exactly what I was going to do and how long I had to do it in. I learned that: "The EFFORT you put into your Prep Time = the RESULTS you can EXPECT to achieve!" How important is change in this Body area of your life to you? How important then is your preparation and planning time? How much time are you gonna dedicate to your prep time? To setting up your workout patterns? To setting up your workout binder? To setting up your menus? That's what you have to determine and DECIDE.

Step 2: TAKE ACTION to change, transform, and infilitrate the negatives of your mind, body & spirit into living life to the fullest. Monitor your progress.

Is it now or never?
Taking Action is not easy. But start. Do you want a vibrant, adventuresome life or emptiness and stagnation? Then start. Taking Action is gonna force you to search your soul. So start. Warm-up by prayer or devotion or walking around reciting your goals for a specific area. But start. Wake up and move! It's gonna call upon every new stimulation you've acquired and every healing power you can muster to consistently take action over a given time frame. So start. Everything you've just learnt and now must give will be called into play at one point or another along your 12-week journey of concentrating on this one stubborn area called your Body. So start. If your Body can be put into it's proper place, broken down, healed and re-built to it's most efficient, operational, progressive state, then a miracle has happened and you need to thank God. So start. And, that's simply the greatest news for all of us is to have those type of miracles happen to us personally. The body will adjust, will adapt and will become stronger, as long as you start toTake Action. If you don't proceed to Take Action now, you probably never will. If your body needs to be rebuilt - Start now! Ready, set, GO FOR IT!

Taking Action will also call upon intelligent counter measures to every reasonable way-out your body's gonna find to try and persuade you away from positive progress. You have to be able to clearly separate the Myths from Facts. Only then is the road you should take going to be suddenly revealed. Taking Action means you have to overcome resistance. You have to fight to stay on track. Once you do, you'll understand your CREATIVE ABILITY and CREATIVE POWER to continually reach higher, to continually progress, AND to continually PASS IT ON to others. By changing yourself for the better, you begin the process of changing the world for the better. Ultimately it can't just remain a nice thought or a value you hold onto. You are part of a global family that needs your energy and light. Begin by finding your self respect, your confidence, your caring and loving ability. To be progressive, dynamic and alive, change has to be a continuous new living experience. Commit to yourself and to your global family. New thoughts and new ideas are going to come to mind. Utilize present moment insights. Journal. Write thoughts down. Rise above the clouds. By-Pass the adversity. You're going to be asked to master some new workout techniques. Weigh them out, try them out, learn them and incorporate them into your workout routines. It's Taking Action in every area that makes you fully alive! The only sure thing we can count on in this world is unlimited change. When you're involved in it, you're finally experiencing life, not just imagining it! As you Take Action, it is important to keep renewing your dreams, hopes, visions, etc. but keep setting them above reach, just out of sight, don't compromise them too much or your progress will be slow. Learning and giving should always be ongoing - a little more of a challenge to create another adaptation and progressive step forward. Keep changing. Keep progressing forward. Keep looking up! Raise your eyebrows and smile when you catch yourself frowning and getting moody. Keep practicing. Keep training. Know when to be kind to yourself and when to challenge yourself to new heights. Keep in tune with the Body-
