Rules -this game is somewhat of a cross between survivor and the weakest link
-sixteen people will be chosen to play
-those sixteen people will be divided into four teams of four
-on day 1 every cycle (there are 15 cycles) a team challenge will be given
-teams will receive points as a whole (each team member will receive the same number of points)
-on day 2 indivdual challenges will be given
-the top scorers of the two challenges combined will be in the "safe zone" and will receive 10 bonus points
-the next few scorers will be in the "caution zone" and will receive 0 bouns points
-the bottom few scorers will be in the "danger zone" and will receive -10 points
-the amount of people in the safe, caution and danger zone will fluctuate throughout the game
-on day 3 of every cycle the people in the danger zone will vote out another person in the danger zone
-whomever receives the most votes will be eliminated from the game
-if a person is expected to vote and they do not vote; a vote will be inflicted upon themselves
-a vote will also be afflicted upon somebody if they fail to do an individual challenge
-during voting, team members may vote for each other, but this will hurt their team scores
-upon being voted out players will be expected to submit final thoughts and answer interview questions which will be e-mailed to them by the host
-half of the points previously earned (rounded up to the nearest integer) will be carried over between cycles
-no prizes will be awarded to the winner, who will be determined by whichever player has the most points between the final two
-the third place player is determined by whoever has the fewest points among the final three players

addendums:
-the "larry" rule of quitting: if you wish to quit playing danger zone, you will be allowed to at any point until you confirm your application, at the point you are "locked in" to the game. however after that if you still wish to quit, you will remain in the game until you are voted off. if you quit after this time you have the options of 1) receiving no more mails about the game (challenge notficiations, etc.) and 2) having your personal information removed from the site and when mentioned on the site to be called by a different name.
