Carpet, panel kit, and new top
I used Moss carpet and panel kits. My wife proved better at carpet than me, she has a sewing background.  We used 3M contact adhesive for pad and carpet.  I have the lift the dot fasteners on the footwell on both sides.  The panels I put on with a home made hole locator to help find where to place the screws.  We have the trim rails left, Oregon summer is too short for working on a car that is running well.

The top was also from Moss, I used Barney Gaylord's site for installation instructions.  I thought I was ordering a top with a zip out window,  I would get that if possible next time.
Interior stripped and repainted.  Floor boards were good.
Fabric experience at work, smaller helps too!
During these steps I tried to keep the car roadworthy, I have a low tolerance for waiting to drive!
