Trim Rail Project,  Sept 2003
I have been able to re-use the wooden and aluminum rails, I did some Plastic wood repair on the wood to fill holes.  I wire brushed the aluminum to smooth it out.  I used mostly new hardware for the fasteners. My wife does most of the actual fabric work, but two sets of hands help for the tacks and positioning while stretching it out.
Wooden and aluminum rails, old red cover for template. Folding scheme used on corner.
Wire brushed oxidation off the aluminum.
Colors look nice together.
