This began as a website with typical Picard / Crusher fan fiction. The first two stories, "Understudies" and "Gut Level Reactions," are in that vein. If you're into the romance, those are for you. If you're more into the science fiction, read on.
The Mistral Stories:
Beginning with "Career Decisions," we've set off on a new tack. These stories are set several years after the events in ST:Nemesis. Ambassador Jean-Luc Picard and Captain Beverly Crusher find themselves at a distant edge of the Alpha quadrant aboard the ambassador's diplomatic sloop, Mistral. (How they came to be there is told in "Career Decisions.") They face a journey of eight-plus years to return to the Federation. Subsequent stories in the series will chronicle their adventures as they make their way home.
If you're looking for really sexually explicit stuff, you'll be disappointed. There's an occasional steamy scene, but we're more focused on the adventures they have together as their relationship deepens and grows.
My husband and I write these stories as gifts for each other. We hope you enjoy them, and welcome any constructive comments from other fans.
