| What can I say? I have lived in and around the nation's capital my whole life. I can't explain the general insanity, but I think it has something to do with home rule. That and the weather. When you build a city on a swamp, you get a summer of hell. People come all the way from Phoenix just to bitch about how hot it gets. That and all the diplomat tags. I'll say no more. |
