On February 21, 2004, Damon and I went to Vegas to get married! It was so fun! Damon even won quite a bit of money one night but, of course, we pretty much lost it all the next day. Damon and I were together for 7 years before we got married. Damon always said that we did it all backwards. After being together for 3 years, we had our son Caleb. Then, 21 months later, we had our daughter Breana. 17 months after that, we decided we should go ahead and get married. It was one of the best days of my life. Having kids with Damon was the 2 other best days of my life. When Damon died 14 months after we got married, part of me died also. Damon and I became one in our short life together, so basically it is like someone ripped me in half. I will always love Damon and keep him deep in my heart. I am very thankful that I had the pleasure of having him in my life for even the short time I did.
