The following is a DailyBalance Editorial: One-sided. That phrase pretty much sums up how the fictional company Tashman Technologies is represented on the dailyskew.com. I'm taking this opportunity to balance things out a bit. The Founders are not as mean-spirited as some of Tashman's fictional stories depict. They don't go to lunches and talk about screwing people. They don't enjoy laying people off. They don't have meetings to plot the demise of the worker. They just try to make things better for everybody. Some people left Tashman unintentionally; some people left with their own free will. The track record shows that workers HAVE been rewarded. So this is the other point of view. Siddartha (The Historical Buddha) taught balance is the right path. Having a single-tract mind is ... dare I say SKEWED. Some Tashman articles were funny, and some just plain weren't fair. We will continue to take submissions from various people who write about characters in this make-believe universe. We don't want to stamp out creativity. Many of your stories were extremely well written. I was not pressured into writing this statement; I just felt that the skew was tilted a little too far.
