November 5th declared "DailySkew Day"
October 4th, 2021 -- The governing bodies of the Free World declared Friday, November 5th, DailySkew Tribute Day. "It is an honor and privilege to celebrate the day that the DailySkew came into existence," stated Arturo Sundvold, current Leader of the Free World, and former Daily Balance Editor. "I am proud of my association with that Web location, and credit the DailySkew with helping me become the most powerful man on earth." Ironically, this will not be the first time that the DailySkew has marked the historic date. Precogs in 2002 predicted this event, causing the world to celebrate on November 5th every year since. "We knew it all along," said Tony DeCarvalho, former co-owner of the 'Skew. "I'm glad I was there for the ground floor. "I just wish I could talk to Damian [Hospital, current owner of the 'Skew] in person ... but it's for the best." Mr. Hospital made the historic decision to become the website in 2007. All his thoughts, memories, feelings, ideals, and creativity are forever plugged into the 'net, for the whole galaxy to see. He is currently immersed in a bowl of vegetarian nutrients, updating the website weekly. "It had to be done," Damian emailed us, which is his only form of two-way communication. "I have let go of attachment to my senses and this reality, and devoted my energies to spreading a message of hope, love and peace. "Too bad Tony didn't join me. He'd really like it here. It's nice and quiet.
