Captain Hardware to Leave Tashman
Charles Brown Named Replacement

AUGUST 7 -- Captain Hardware officially announced today that he would be departing from Tashman Technologies at the end of September. The Foundling explained that it was always his plan to move to New Babylon from the beginning.

“A lot of people don’t know this, but this has always been the plan. I never thought I would stay on Shuttle Craft 234 and work for Tashman for as long as I did,” he said.

The undisputed ‘Guru of Teleporting’ said that he and his wife Scarlet had an agreement “from the beginning” to move to New Babylon.

“We have family there, and I think it would be a good place for us to raise our two children,” he said.

Charles Brown will take Cap’s place as the TeleNet administrator, responsible for Tashman’s network of teleportation stations around the universe. The former teleportation manager will also repair any teleporter that is defective.
