Out of Character (OOC) comments need to be kept within? brackets ie. (( )) << >>
No excessive OOC comments in IC (In Character) channels.
All characters must have character sheets submitted and approved to play. Message an Op/ST and they will be happy to help you. Everyone (yes including the ops) follows the same character creation guidelines.
Metagaming, the use of OOC knowledge IC or OOC affecting play will NOT be tolerated.
Insults, racial slurs, offensive remarks or any such acts in OOC channels will not be tolerated, you will be warned once and only once. This is a place to have fun.
Rolls made in VoD_Dice that do not include the label and necessary information therein, are void.
General rules that just don't fit neatly elsewhere:
Learning Clan Specific Disciplines: Should you be able to convince someone from another clan to share their secrets, as these can only be learned in character, you must drink 1 bp (and take the chance of becoming 1 step bonded) to aquaint your blood with the propensity to learn the discipline. Not All clan disciplines can be learned by others, Chimerstry is avaliable to only the Ravnos.
Blood Bonds: Please play these out correctly! If you have a 3rd level blood bond you cannot be otherwise bound, unless it is by the use of highlevel presence or bloodmagic. You may however hold several 1st and 2nd step bonds to others, if you later become 3rd step bonded to one all lesser are whiped away.
Also, a long term 3rd level bond may allow for a sense of thrall's strong emotions or proximity.
Experience Points: Each player will earn .5 xp per a day of play (given at least 1 hour is spent in active roleplay). The max. experience points that can be earned per a week is 3xp and this can be added to sheets each Sunday. If you play 3 days a week you earn 1.5xp. Players are responsible for keeping track of their own XP earnings.
