CREATION
RULES
1. New Characters must be of 8th gen- 13th gen (14th and 15th need the flaw) and follow WW character creation Guidelines
- The only exception to the 8th gen rule is characters that are embraced by an approved lower gen character.
2.Characters must be Realistic. No out of clan disciplines may be taken at creation unless the Merit Additional Discipline is bought.
3. No excessive freebies please. You are limited to 15 at creation. If you wish to have more, then follow the rules for the Age Background as supplied by White Wolf. A written background is required to take Age
4. No Discipline or ability over 3 is allowed. Unless you complete a write up and an ST approves the Age Background. Age 1 permits you to have up to 4 dots, Age 2 allows up to 5 dots at time of creation.
5. At time of creation, Willpower will not exceed 8.
6. The following clans are not currently permitted at #Vampires_of_Dallas: True Brujah, Nagajara, Lasombra, Timisce, Baali, Kiasyd, Blood Brothers, Harbingers of Skulls, All Sabbat, Laibon, Lamia, Lhiannan, No Net Clans.
7. The following clans are Restricted, please contact an OP for further information:
- Assamites (10 or Under)
- Old Clan Tzmisce (2, No Viscissitude)
- Lasombra Antitribu (Under 10, gen cap of 9: Automatically take Flaws, Hunted like a dog and Clan Enmity: Lasombra)
- Salubri (1 total, 11th gen, Automatically takes Clan Enmity Tremere)
- Samedi (2, 11th gen Automatically take Clan Enmity: Giovanni)
- Giovanni (under 10)
- Ravnos (3 or under)
- Caitiff (10 gen, cannot take Age Background)
- Setites (10 or under)
- Gargoyles (Only Bound, 10th Gen Cap)
8. NO Child characters
9. Starting Status background (Camarilla Only) cannot exceed 2 dots. Anything further is earned in character
10. Any character with visible breeches of the Masquerade must find a way to hide these.
