1. We may not admit or retain anyone in need of greater services than we may provide by licensure.
2. We do not admit anyone under the age of 16.
3. A physical examination must be performed prior to admission which shall also include a test for tuberculosis.
4. A resident may be admitted only on the written order of a physician which certifies the resident requires no more than personal care and supervision but does not require nursing care. "Personal Care" means assistance with activities of daily living that the recipient can provide for him or herself only with difficulty. Examples are help in getting in and out of bed, assistance with personal hygiene and bathing, help with dressing and feeding and supervision over medications, which can be self-administered.
5. Title XIX funding, private pay clients are accepted. Out of county clients with Title XIX are accepted with county supplemetation.
