6.  Spiritual Fatigue:

This may result from the scarcity of Churches into the deliverance ministry.  The deliverance worker is pioneering an area of the Lord's ministry where few venture to tread.  The following suggestions are offered:

     a. It may help to enlist those who are receiving deliverance into the deliverance ministry and
even consider having them become a deliverance 'partner'.  Then they can begin to share
the load, and all can benefit from the deliverance effort and the Christian fellowship.
     b. Deliverance and spiritual warfare can even, in some cases, be effective over the telephone
         with the deliverance partner(s).
     c. Deliverance shouldn't be thought of as just another free ride/service for those who have an
entrenched welfare mentality and refuse to attempt to contribute to society or take
Christianity seriously.  People with this attitude may feign Christianity but often continue
to support demonic purposes that hurt the Christian community.  The deliverance worker
should consider breaking any 'world owes me a living' bondage before accomplishing other
deliverance.  Then the recipient should seek deliverance first in ways that help the Lord.
     d. The deliverance workers should cover themselves and their family (ref.
"Spiritual Covering

For Deliverance Workers") to protect against demonic attack.  They also need to guard
         against demonic implanted suggestions that:
They should just get away from it all.
           It is not really important.
They need to become more balance in their lives (which may be true but usually is self-pity
            translated "get out of deliverance").
           Make them feel self-pity.

The Basics of the Deliverance Ministry:

1.  Deliverance is not all of the gospel or the most important element.
2.  Deliverance is scriptural and comprises one fourth of the ministry of Christ.
3.  It is necessary for sanctification and a walk of holiness.
4.  It is ongoing:
Like a garden must be weeded, so must the soul of a growing Christian.
Deliverance is a process and not a one-time experience.
5.  Each case is different.  The Holy Spirit must lead as the techniques are merely guides.
6.  Deliverance workers are tasked in special assignments and warrant special protection and
     blessings from God.
7.  Deliverance is something that God is doing and must be continued.  The sacrifices of the
deliverance workers, as pioneers, will help bring spiritual freedom throughout the worldwide
     body of Christ.
8.  Deliverance reveals/brings to light everything that is sham.  Some ministries are ruled by the
the control of man.  This is not the pattern of God.
9.  Deliverance is comprised of three parts, which include:
      a. Casting out demons in a persons mind, will, emotions, and/or body.
      b. Casting down demons ruling over areas.
      c. Casting off demons that afflict from the outside, and are possibly attached to the person
while awaiting an opening to enter (e.g., transference of spirits).
