Red Rock Readiness

Your Go-To Reference for All Things Preparedness

Red Rock Readiness seeks to be a place for anyone to come who is seeking to improve their readiness for an emergency situation. Emergency preparedness can be super scary to talk about for some people. At Red Rock Readiness, we believe that fear of an emergency situation is partly rooted in the fear of the unknown, and partly rooted in the fear of being helpless in a dire situation. Thankfully, we do not need to be afraid. By preparing ahead of time for the most likely possibilities, we can have some peace and solace in knowing that, even in hard times, we and our loved ones will be provided for.

By following a simple five step breakdown of basic needs, and applying the "Rule of Threes", we can simplify the unknowns of any given emergency and remove a great deal of the scariness often associated with emergency preparedness. We can also put ourselves in a better position to help other people in scary situations.

Red Rock Readiness seeks to be a valuable resource for new and veteran members of the growing preparedness community. Here we help each other learn new and useful information, grow our capabilities to be self-sufficient, and prepare to provide for ourselves and help others in emergency situations. In the words of wise men of ages past, "If ye are prepared, ye shall not fear."
