Welcome to the fifth Chinese Youth Roller Hockey League! It's been a long off-season, are you ready?
We welcome any suggestions you may have as to future changes to our Constitution to make the game just that much better. We realize that we are not the Be-All End-All of hockey leadership, so we expect and anticipate any input you may have.

Board of Commissioners
The administration of the Chinese Youth Roller Hockey League shall be conducted by a Board of Commissioners.
- For the 2001 season, the Board of Commissioners will
be filled as follows:

- Jason Li
- Also we have a coordinator who is welcome to answer
your questions about the league or take your suggestions.

- The duties of the Board of commissioners are as
follows:
- to establish, maintain and administer a suitable organization to supervise the affairs of the league.
- to make of authorize such financial arrangements as may be necessary for the operation of the league.
- to rule on matters of discipline.
- to conduct the draft of individual players.
