This map was published in 1998 by the Dublin Transport Office, most of the routes indicated do not have any cycle tracks (e.g. Raheny-Fairview). On a few routes, attempts have been made to construct cycle tracks, but laws and official guidelines have been ignored. The needs of cyclists have mostly been set aside in favour of facilitating motor traffic. No dates have been given for the completion of the 'network'. A more recent version, quite inaccurate & misleading can be found here.
