A small town somewhere in New England... sorry can't remember which one! But the picture is pretty!

Pretty sunrise... can't believe I was up that early!
Ok here is where I used to live, the vast state of Maine. Where when it gets cold it's freezing cold, and if you don't like the weather just wait a minute and you might feel something different that you like. Yea, I do occasionally say the infamous, "Ayuh" or "Wicked good!" And occasionally pronounce words without an "Ahh", (R), sound or put that "Ahh" ,(R),  sound in an area that it normally doesn't happen to exist, thus winding up sounding like I'm doing a Ted Kennedy impression, or sounding like a bad episode of Murder She Wrote's "locals."  All that aside, it's really a rather lovely state, me I just got really sick and tired and sick and tired of being sick and tired of all the damn snow! The picture up there to the right is the view from where we used to live, yea up that high it can sure get cold! We're talking twenty degrees BELOW zero for days on end, and that doesn't include wind-chill factors. Yea, I can hear you say now, "Gee where can I sign up for that!" Though when it hits over a hundred down here in Florida I might be changing my mind, but not just yet. With all that cold comes snow and the joys of shoveling it all, something I won't miss... note: Yes, I did burn all my snow shovels and tossed out mittens and hats! And boy did that feel good too! Below here are a few shots from around the Portland and South Portland area. It's a hip happening swinging town! See look they even shot a commercial there! It was the one seen in those Nynex telephone book ads that were on t.v. a while ago. Ha ha ha! Wow that was sure hard to say with a straight face, hip and swinging town! Yea right! But gotta give them credit there, they sure do try so hard at it.
See look even hip graffiti on the walls of Portland happen too! This was actually requested work done by the art school there. Tip save your money go to a real art school kids! PSA is not all it's cracked up to be! Sorry! But true!

But, hey if you happen to be from Maine, and the Portland area and know this guy here on the left, dammit buy him a beer for me! He was always such a cool character, sadly we lost track and fell out of touch!
Above are some pictures from Niagara Falls, a spur of the moment trip we took not too long ago. What a wonderful place to see, but not if you have a bladder control problem, I can foresee many a person hearing that much running water might have a problem here! Ha ha! Its really a cheap place off season, and well the Canadian side offers great attractions and cheaper meals! Wonderful to see at night too when they light the falls up... I've heard they just add food coloring to the water, eh who knows but it was fun!

Below are some pictures from a trip to Boston, that's me by the FAO Swartz bear, and there's my husband doing his T-rex impression! We were politely escorted off the museum premises when we attempted a bareback riding T-rex picture. Har har. Seriously, we did have fun and painted that town red! And that just wasn't red from what ever that run off into the Charles River is!
Much to the dismay of the tourist board of Boston, that teddy bear is one of the most photographed items in all of Boston amongst tourists! The other ones are the "colonial" bugs and daffy statues located in Hay Market Square!
